German translation

First of all, I think we should stick with the general guidelines, provided by the core-translation-team, especially:

Use neutral form whereever possible, Sie otherwise. Don't use Du.

The files de_25.po, de_26.po, de_27.po, de_29.po, de_31.po, de_32.po are affected.

Additional issues found in each file, it absolutely makes no sense to post them in one thread, please open one thread for every file, so we can discuss them.
