When site editors using 'https' to post articles, all links at twitter became 'https' too.
twitter links should always be 'http'.

First of all, the 3.x branch is retired as of today in favor of 4.x.

But more importantly, in both 3.x and 4.x, the Tweet module only uses http. In 3.x it's line 138, in 4.x it's line 89. If you're seeing https, it's on Twitter's end and there's nothing I can do about it.
