Hi, Are you referring to the
Hi,
Are you referring to the title as in node title on the page or the page title as in the title tag for the web page that's generated?
I'm trying to change the node
I'm trying to change the node one ;)
So, when I go to mydrupal.com/forums, I want it to read something else than "FORUMS" right before the table of all the containers.
Example: going to http://drupal.org/forum, I want to just change the "FORUMS" aboube the line above the "Post new Forum topic" link.
I have tried using "node title", but either I don't now how to configure it to just change the title in this page or it's not what it's meant for...
Could you help?
Thanks!
what about nesting all the forums
I created a root level forum with the title "recipes" Then linked to that.
Next I created sub forums with titles like "meat", "vegetables", "cakes"
This gave me the title I wanted and nested the sub forums at the top. Does that help?
Sweet and simple!
Actually it totally does! It's a perfect easy way to solve it, since it also lets me add a description on it.
Perfect solution!
Thanks!
Curious enough
U just found how to do it: go to the taxonomy and edit the vocabulary for FORUMS. There you can change the title of the vocabulary, and that will change on the forum main page.
I also found if you create containers or use the taxonomy thing, the descriptions won't show. That only works for the forums themselves, and since you can't use estructure it trhough forums, you won't get to show the descriptions :(
