SSO module doesn't work when sites are on base_path.

Example:

http://controller.com/base/
http://client.com/base-1/

It doesn't work for me, as i using http://example.com/data and http://test.com/data2 as 1st url is controller and 2nd url is client does it work with http://example.com/data and http://example.com/data2?
