Release notes
- Make existing admin/user status fasttoggle.
- Fasttoggling of published links in admin/content
- Apply the previous fix to users and comments too.
- Make getting script path more robust.
- Fix user toggling in admin/people.
Known issues:
- Extra CSS is added in admin/people when the fasttoggle link is used. See if I can prevent that somehow.

Sorry for the delay in rolling the tarball. I'm still learning how things are done 'round here.
6.x-1.4 changes:
Bug fixes for #249147, #326958, #272805, #297281, #368272, #289076, #331917. These include transitioning from Views 1 to Views 2.
There is also a new maintainer.
