Add inurl query term

Issue Summary

Patch adds function setUrlRestriction($inurl, $operator) to GoogleMini.php

This function allows the search to specify results whose url contain $inurl, or results whose url do not contain $inurl.

also add a hook to google_appliance.module
hook_google_appliance_query(&$gm);

That allows other modules to modify the query
