Issue Summary
Is there any possibility to use timeslot without selecting the shipping quote?
When I turn off 'Prevent the customer from completing an order if a shipping quote is not selected.' and turn on 'Show delivery timeslot by default' I can select delivery date&time during the order, but it doesn't display either in order confirmation page or in /admin/store/orders
