I use the Notify, DiskNode, and filebrowser modules. DiskNode is used to upload files to a central area so that they can be browsed with the filebrowser module. DiskNode is also used to "attach" files to news stories, but we don't actually create DiskNodes...just upload/attach.
When Notify emails go out (we only care about new content), they work fine except that there is no indication of the attached files. I would like the the ability to either 1) attach the files to the Notify email or 2) have Notify include a bit of text that lists the files that are attached to the news story.
Is this possible? Should I be approaching it differently?
Subscription/Subscriptions don't seem to offer what I want. I don't use the Upload module because it doesn't allow for the filebrowser module, or any other method, of browsing a file repository.
