Issue Summary
For some reason which I've yet to be able to track down, I have a site where the menu breadcrumb settings keep getting reset. We have a good number of pages that show up in multiple menus, the less important ones showing up higher in the default weights so every time this happens I get a "breadcrumbs broken again" email because the structure of the more important menu that I've set higher in the settings isn't being used anymore.
I'm not sure where to look other than I've got a feeling something weird is going on with _menu_breadcrumb_process_new_menus() since it will set the variable if it thinks it needs too. Since it seems to happen randomly every couple weeks its quite difficult to catch as well.
