drummI know table padding needs to be on all tables, not just releases and issues.
The issue-cockpit block should ideally get back into project_issue module itself.
I'd like feedback from project* developers and/or csevb10 on the rest.

kjay commentedDoing another pass through this patch to see what is left to implement. Attached patch is the issue cockpit code redone for the current cockpit HTML. This patch tidies the form.
Also setting to normal priority as the major parts are in place I believe.
