Error: illegal choice, and no breadcrumb shown

I just tryed installing the module, but i can see no sort of changes to my breadcrumbs output..
Also, when i try setting a Breadcrumb path for a vocabolary or term, i get the following error:
An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator.please, help!
(I am on 4.7.2)

ok, the error issue is solved (was a problem with core Taxonomy),
but still no sort of changes to my breadcrumbs... and changing "Home" breadcrumb to another string does not have any effect too...

What are the node types (i.e. what do you click on once you select "create content")? Is it a page, node, book or something else?

i am using mostly CCK types.
Have switched to Category module now (and to it's Category_breadcrumb module inspired by this one ;), so cannot confirm you more than this...
