I have a page on which I want to have separate sections of private files, like:

Label: Group-1
Link: File-1
Link: File-2

Label: Group-2
Link: File-3
Link: File-4

I was thinking that I needed to do this with blocks. Is there a way to enable private uploads on a block or does someone have a better idea to accomplish this?
