WebCentury commentedi have it install and still not working
here is what i have
Dimensions for Video Transcoding: BLANK SELECT
Set your video dimensions. This will create your player and transcode your video with these dimensions. Your video size is 1280x720, if you choose a higher resolution, this could cause video distortion. You are shown dimensions that match your aspect ratio, if you choose dimensions that do not match your ratio, we will pad your video by adding black bars on either the top or bottom while maintaining your videos original aspect ratio.
Dimensions for Video Player: BLANK SELECT
WxH of your video player.

senpai commentedPlease post a screenshot of your perscribed problem(s). Also, please indicate which version of Drupal you're running, which ffmpeg, the stats of your server, and your computer platform + browser.
[EDIT] Also, is this site running a freshly installed version of Video 4.0-rc3 or was the site upgraded from a previous version?

hypertext200if you upgrade from RC1 this can be happened. Go to your Meta Data tab on your video module settins and paste
and see will that work for you?

pjsz commentedThank you. That fixed the selection problem. Now the options are there. They were not one per line. I did indeed upgrade from a RC1. I'm going to try to uninstall and reinstall to clear out any other bad settings that might be there. Thanks.
