I would like to remove the "login, register" block located on the top right header. I do not see a listed under blocks?

There should be a block called "User Login" Disable that one.

user login block is disabled (none), still showing on right top corner. how can I hide it? Pl check http://vision4life.in

It is located in page.tpl.php file. Just remove div with id="authorize" block from this file.
