** Need site restored **

I had a Drupal site ver 4.6.5 installed and running. Someone hacked into my VPS and erased my site and files. I have my database saved. I need someone to take my database and set me back up exactly the way my site was running before.

I have database files and the version 4.6.5. I just don't know how to get everything up and running together.

I am willing to pay for this service and set up.

Can anyone help?

No, they had some error where my site wasn't getting backed up. They actually had to give me a whole new VPS. That is why I need everything set up from scratch.
