Backported new "second search" feature from 7.x-1.x branch. This adds an option to fill up the search results to the maximum specified with "match anything" if the "match first" doesn't return that many.
Initial Drupal 7 port by @reptilex, with enhancements by @rkeppner. Added option to fill results to maximum with secondary "match anything" search, if "match the beginning" returns fewer results than maximum.
