Similar. You could report it at http://drupal.com/trademark/report-violation

I said the same thing when I first saw it. It's like an evil version of Druplicon. LOL!

Since Druplicon is GPL, I'm not sure if there's any trademark issue... But I'm no lawyer.

It's not their logo. it seems it is used just in their frontpage design.

It's the icon for the software as well as the Os in their name in the software. I'd say it's as much a part of them as Druplicon is of Drupal.

There are similarities, but in the end it's just earth with eyes, i dont think you can sue anyone :). Also, Acquia is one of their biggest clients.

If Acquia really is one of their biggest clients (for what, I'm wondering? analytics?), why can't we get more Drupal support from Woopra?

The last update to the Drupal Woopra module was over 2 years ago -- and that was for 6 only. There's no official release (or even a dev release) for version 7. I really want to use the module for D7!
