All menus

In "Enable Menu Settings for this content type," it would be very handi, if a "All menus" option was available.

It would also make sense, if this option was selected per default, since this will mean that just enabling the module does not change behaviour of the site - only changing options changes behaviour.

A reason for wanting a "All menus" option is that setting up a OG site enables users to create their own groups with their own menus. This means that there will constantly be created new menus by users, - menus that now have to be manually added to certain content-types, by an admin
