Removed unnecessary INSTALL.txt. Moved forced term association to the presave op in hook_nodeapi. Cleaned up the code a bit.

Updated README.txt and added taxonomy.module dependency to .info. Fixed a couple of code comments.
This is a straight port of the D5 version of the module.
In the coming weeks I'll go through the issue queue and decide which new features it makes sense to include.
Latest release from the 6.x branch.
First stable release for D5. Fixes a few small bugs found in the latest dev. version.
