Hi
I'm a professional PHP developer that developing Drupal sites and modules too.
Now I have a new project to creating personal CMS for a company.
I searched and find so many frameworks like cakePHP , Zend , Symfony but I want know Drupal can be work as framework.
If yes how to configure that.

Drupal IS a framework. You
Drupal IS a framework. You can extend it to do whatever you want (as you've noticed), and you get the CMS part free of charge.
However, Drupal IS NOT an MVC framework.

I have serius doubts, In fact Views (themes) Controler an Model are programmed separately
