Unpublish items if they get more than a certain flag threshholds

Description

I would like to see the following feature added:

When a post/comment is flagged X times, automatically unpublish it, and put it in queue for moderation.

Also, it would be nice to make single items "flag-proof", and have posts/comments that are restored from moderation after being flagged are set flag-proof.

These would be useful on very busy community sites, where the most obviously bad/offensive posts might get missed by an admin, or sit "alive" on the site for several hours before anyone has time to process the queue... Craigslist.org employs this combination of moderation and automated pulling of miscategorized/inappropriate postings, and seems* to be able to make restored posts much harder to re-flag, somehow.

I'm also thinking that it would be nice to tie into ratings, if available... So that really really highly rated posts are harder to flag... But maybe too complex?

A simple report on flagged contents including the option to filter for ones that have been taken off will be useful.

Please do not overload the issue with a new features.

Open a new feature request since this is a new feature.

Title:Flag Threshholds?» Unpublish items if they get more than a certain flag threshholds

This is a nice feature to have.

However, abuse of it can be disconcerting (e.g. someone getting their friend to register and flag an item they do not like).

Surely you just need to set your threshold at a sensible level, based on the amount of active users you have.

So a threshold of 10 flags would be good to unpublish content for a moderator to check.

I like this feature idea, would be good to see.

Wait wait wait... how does one flag an item more than one time with this module? Am I missing something big?

It's not one person can flag it multiple times, it's that when multiple users flag the content one time each. If you had said limit at 10, it would take 10 users to flag it and then the 11th user wouldn't be able to see it.

#6 Yes, that's what I've meant. The module only allows a item to be flagged once, IIRC.

Maybe you should have a look at the Flag module http://drupal.org/project/flag I just tried it and it awesome.
