I've activated the panel for node add/edit, but I don't see a OG Variant. Have tried reinstalling and clearing the cache multiple times, but no luck.

I tried pushing forward without the OG Variant, but it seems to be a critical blocker. When I try to set the context for the Node Edit form (so I can edit my nodes' fields) I end up having to set the context to a specific node, not a node type (as it appears was the option in Panels 2 - but I haven't been able to confirm that...) I'm wondering if not having the OG Variant available is causing this issue? Or am I taking the wrong approach here?
