Remove 0 values (days, hours, etc) and its wrapping elements

I bet there should be an easy way to remove 0 days (hours, mins) value 'cause actually it's useless in most cases. Also it would be great to remove the wrapper block for the 0 element. Let's say we have

in our template, the easiest way to remove the whole div (mind centered positioning) is to specify its class via simple text field in the settings.
