Pontomail settings issues with multisite?

Issue Summary

I installed Pontomail and I can't seem to find any place to add new accounts. Is this perhaps due to a multisite installation? I have three overlapping sites with some shared tables and some indepentent. However, the pontomail tables have the right prefix to use with this site.

Hmm...this shoudl'nt effect pontomail. Are you still having an issue?

Are you using HEAD/CVS, of 4.7 ?

Could you guys give me a list of what tables you're sharing? I'm thinking perhaps I may need to write a doc of how to share the pontomail tables. Off the top of my head though, this shouldn't be an issue. I'm thinking perhaps I forgot some brackets so that tables are prefixed correctly.
