Internet Explorer 7 & 8

I'm unable to find any more debugging info on this other than a general description...

In IE7 and IE8 profile pictures can't be uploaded when this module is installed... other browsers seem fine.

Tempted to put this as critical as so many people still use IE 7 & 8 but set at normal because I hate IE :)
