Is it possible to integrate "View cart (Shopping cart)" and "Checkout" with Views.

I want to:

On Shopping cart:
1. Remove links
2. Default sort by product rank (cck field)
3. Remove image field.
4. Do not use Product Title and replace by 2 extra columns (product name, product type) instead.

On Checkout page:
1. Default sort by product rank (cck field)
2. Remove image field.
3. Do not use Product Title and replace by 2 extra columns (product name, product type) instead.

I also think this would be a very useful feature, to be able to replace the cart and checkout cart pane with custom Views; assigning to myself, will work on it when I have time!
