Comment OG, Comment & Flags Conflicts

Hello,

I hope to fully develop Organic Groups for my site.

However, the "Comment OG" module seems to be in conflict of the Core “Comment” module.

I am also using the Flag & Flags Note modules (It works fine in Admin – except it sends an email with code showing (which I think may be related to the FCKeditor).

There is also a conflict problem with flags and "Comment OG",” however, I disabled the "flag" and "flags note" modules, and the conflict still exists between "comment" and ""Comment OG"."

Comments are so necessary, I find it hard to believe there is yet an undetected conflict, but if it involves my theme, we are beyond my expertise. (I am not a coder beyond the instruction to “copy and paste here.”)
