e-commerce module: review order history

one of the features listed is "Customers can review their order history".

where do customers do this?

does a new link appear in the user block once they've placed their first order?

does it only show up after you've bought something for the first time, or should it always be there?

If you are using Drupal CVS and the latest version of the ecommerce module, it should always be there. Can you confirm this?

everything else seems to be working fine except for that feature.
