It would be good if there was an option (on the node upload form) to choose between upload a video or paste a youtube video link like Embedded Video Field.

Video Upload knows my videos are there, if admins could have the ability to select even one of their own videos, that would be good enough for me.

This would also be helpful if for some reason you needed to post the same video more than once.

I am working on an import menu item. Which is reading your current YT videos and adding them as nodes.

Never created a git patch but will post the code up when done.

After thinking about it although I am writing something simular this could be difficult to achieve a universal solution due to field names and database tables.

If anyone can come up with solutions for these please advise.

Otherwise I am happy to post the concept of what I am doing but I can't really write it as a patch for module.
