We use the mailattach module up till now in several sites. In some sites the customer like to have several contacts addresses, but not all, using attachments. We use the contact_forms module for better usability.
I extended the module to select wich contact can use attachments. The extension works only if contact_forms is installed.
If you are intersted to receive my modification, I will be glad to provide the code.

Title: Use with contact_forms » How configure Contact attach 6.x-1.x-dev ?

Hi,
I have Drupal 6.19 and install Contact attach 6.x-1.x-dev and Contact Forms 6.x-1.12.
I already activate the two modules and setup up to 1, 2 and 3 files in the Contact attach settings area.
I activate the «send attachments with site-wide contact form» permission for all users groups, but there is no any attach fields in my contact form. Do I need to do any thing else ?

Thanks for your time,

@kennely: please create a new issue, rather than hijacking an existing, unrelated one.

In your issue, set the values in the "Project information" field set accordingly, but in the "Issue information" field set, set "Category" to "support request" and leave the rest as they are.

We wrote a patch for version 7 to use contact attach in combination with contact forms for site wide contact forms only. You can also select to which contact categories attachments are admitted.
The patches are attached to this comment.
We like this to be included in the contact attach module if possible and can help in testing future versions.

(a patch for D6 is available on request)
