I'm looking for a way to have all internal links to content list the last edit user/time and original author info as the tooltip. Ideally, if a custom tooltip (title) was added by someone, the edit/author info would be appended as a second line in the tooltip.

Something that could do this globally for all links on my site would be super, as long as I'm being totally idealistic about it. :)

I'm helping some TikiWiki users evaluate Drupal, and this was one of their questions. Their Wiki does these tooltips for some content, but they wanted it on all internal links and have been unable to get it to do so.

Any suggestions appreciated, even if it's just some pointers in the right direction.
