Enhancements for Profile Generator

I've been involved in a complete rewrite of Profile Generator* and these are changes I've made in a few places to make these two modules work together.

Hopefully I've maintained existing functionality.

*I'm not a maintainer of that module but desperately needed it, then found it didn't match up to my requirements (it doesn't export blocks, views or panels, which I needed - mind you it's still not exporting CCK stuff). Anyway I've put my version attached to an issue which describes more or less what I've done.
