When Drupal 5.0 is planned to Launch? What new features it has? Where can I find the proposed features of Drupal 5.0

As far as when it will be officially released, there is no set date. "It will be done when it's done", as they say. There still needs to be a beta, a release candidate, etc..

Dries has said that it for sure won't be anytime before November.
