Our "available updates" page was showing a new release of insert_view available as of 11-JUL-2010. We downloaded this and compared it to what we had installed, and the ONLY difference seems to be the datestamp in the insert_view.info file.

Was there updated code that did not get into the release tarball?

side effect of: #850340: Packaging script incorrectly removes -dev tarballs when there's no new code to package
