Default profile hard coded into drupal_web_test_case.php - install_no_profile_error

drupal_web_test_case.php has hardcoded using the default profile. When using the Acquia Stack Installer you will find that there is no default profile installed by default. Running a test will result in the following error:

An error occurred. /batch?id=15&op=do
Fatal error: Call to undefined function install_no_profile_error() in /Users/bunk_b/Sites/acquia-drupal/includes/install.inc on line 277

There could be reasons and use cases where one would want to load the current profile rather then the default.
