I was hunting down some odd error messages and noticed that I have a stylizer submodule in the CTools folder (enabled) and also one in my Panels folder (disabled). This is my play around install and so I might have simply put a newer Panels/Ctools version over the older one without deleting the older one first. Of course I don't know when I did so.

What is the correct stylizer version? Can I uninstall the other one?

The correct one is in CTools. You should probably delete your Panels install and update it -- I only just moved the module a couple days ago.
