No lightboxes work.

Issue Summary

I have tried all of the lightboxes and I cannot get any to work (Nothing happens when I click on an image). The only one that comes close is prettyphoto which tries to open the photo in a lightbox, but it just "spins". i have confirmed i am using the supported versions of each lightbox. I have also tried Jquery update 2.0 and have tried reverting to drupal's built in jquery. I even did an install on vanilla drupal with only required modules and still nothing. Thoughts?

I'm right with Nigel and Paul. Neither Fancybox (the one I really want to work) or LightBox2 is working in Gallery Assist for me either. Tried every configuration and read every instruction out there.
