Hello,
Currently when a user adds or updates tags through views tagger this is not reflected in node updated date.

It would be extremely helpful to have this recorded as an update to a node, just as it would be if tags were updated through the node edit form. Otherwise it's not possible to keep track of changes made to nodes through this module.

Moreover, after updating terms, no hooks are called. It's not Drupal way. :)
