On the video configuration page, /admin/openmedia/om-show, there is the same description for both "Synchronize Shared Fields with Open Media Project" and "Fields for Episode and Season are Added to Show for This Content Type:"

Also, the select box for "Fields for Episode and Season are Added to Show for This Content Type" is empty.
