Add a new sub-module that implements a cck field that let us declare more than 1 voting criteria.

This would be also a preparation for 7.x AFAIK :-)

+1 for ckk. I think implementing as a ckk field would solve several issue in the queue relating to per content type settings, theming and permissions.
