Database Creation - Permissions Problem?

Issue Summary

user warning: Table 'soccurre_soccurrents.wiki_name' doesn't exist query: SELECT wid, nid FROM wiki_name WHERE wid = 'logs' in /home/soccurre/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 120.

This is the error message I recieved after installing the liquid wiki module. After reading around, I found that this might be a permissions problem, but it doesn't seem to be affecting any of my other module installations. If so, do I need shell access to execute a change or is there some other module/method that would allow me to do the same? Thanks
