PHP code for accessing og_groups array

Could someone please demonstrate what the php code might look like in order to access the $node->og_groups variables? For example, if I simply wanted to 'print' one of the variables how would I do so? Even better, is there an easy script I can run that will print all of the variables and their associated indices.
