Yesterday I bought a premium theme called Global Solutions (http://osc4.template-help.com/drupal_28824/). As you can see on the image, this theme has primairy links in the header. When I try to get them on my own site, they wont show up. In my drupal installation I don't have a block for the header. I have activated the permissions that everybody can see them. The drupal installation is installed locally with xampp.

I'm not sure what to do. When I google my problem, I only find solutions that I have to activate primairy links in my theme configuration. Which I already did. I also found something about javascript blocking the content?

Could anyone help me?

Check your code-the demo you linked shows the Yahoo menu widget script.....so the template itself may not even support Primary Links...?
