I need some suggestions on how to tune my calais responses... I am getting some good return stuff, but I am getting a lot of junk as well. further more, I would like to be able to delete the junk stuff so other viewers do not have to see it.
any tuning hints would really help

I forgot to mention that the subject matter is Medical tourism... so I am getting some interesting articles about med tourism, but I am also getting some tourism and some medical.. articles... so... suggestions please
