Not sure if this is an issue with the theme itself, but none of the new functions I've added to template.php are recognized. I know they're there and saved, because if I intentionally garble the syntax, the site throws errors. But they don't work. I've had others look over the code or give me snippets to test, and they said it should have worked. Any ideas as to why?

well, it's me again: please ignore this post: no sooner than i posted but it started working with a new function i added...i figure if it's working now it must have been okay all along...
