6.x version of Restricted Text. This version allows for other modules to restrict according to their criteria. This was added so that OI (Organizational Infrastructure) would be able to add restrictions.

This release is compatible with Drupal 5.x. The only real change was getting rid of hook_help, since that information is now located in the .info file (the adding of which, I suppose, was another real change).
