When displaying a Link's URL in Views (e.g. in Views' Fields parameters), it was shown as plain text. This patch makes it an hyperlink.
Sounds simple, but wow, it has not been that easy to figure out how to do this...
Also added some t()'s to help localization.

quicksketchThanks to KarenS, we don't have to deal with exposure to views at all since content.module takes care of it now for us. Additionally it provides two display types: plain and link, so you can choose which you want. This patch (http://drupal.org/node/92804) has been applied and now exists as version 1.1 of link.module.
