I'd like to condense the amount of space the block takes. Is there some way to easily edit the code to make the bar horizontal or put the text (bonus points additional text!) to the left of the vertical bar?

Also the graphic color didn't quite fit my theme so I created a new one, if anyone would like to use it.
Just change the css to read the .png and remove the #333 from the background

I also have the .psd if anyone wants it.

Love the module, thanks for the time. Working on a charity site and thought "Need a donations bar" and in less than a minute I had your module. Gotta love Drupal and the community.

Can someone explain how to flip this on it's side? Please!

Same here, looking to flip it on its side. I suspect it would require mucking about in the module code a bit.
