Hi Nigel,

I'm really glad your volunteering to maintain blocktheme.

There is the skinr project which was inspired by this module, I think many people use that. If you would like to maintain block theme, I'd be happy to hand it over, but please contribute patches first in the issue queue for a little bit.

I'm obviously not maintaining it, but even so the general procedure is to do some maint without commit rights for awhile. If I get negligent about committing RTBC issues, poke me and I promise I'll pay attention.

I am also interested in maintaing this module. I cleaned up a bit the bug issue queue, but i would like to ask if you can release a -dev version so i can supply some patches based on that.
