Admin:hover closes menu when menu falls over block

Issue Summary

First of all, great module!

I use it mainly to allow my editors to quickly update text thats in blocks on the site (by using the "Configure block" option)
The problem is that on one of my sites, the top menu is right above the side menu, both of which has Nice Menus menus.
When I hover over the rightmost item in my top menu and move my cursor down the sub menu that opens, when I get near the top of the side menu Admin:hover kicks in and shows its icon, but the sub menu closes.

Is there a way to have Admin:hover detect that the mouse cursor is not directly over it but over a sub menu instead and not show up? or are there any workarounds? maybe from Nice Menus side?
